THE APPRAISAL OF CONTENT IS TENTATIVE. 25X1X (FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) Major Alfonso MARTINEZ Estevez, Chief of the National Agrarian Department of Guatemala, returned to Guatemala on 27 February 1951, from Europe, where he reportedly purchased arms for the Guatemalan Government. Salomon PINTO, Guatemalan Military Attache in France, reportedly is in charge of the negotiations in France for the purchase of the arms.
