Sabotage at Power Plant - November 1953

1. In November 1953, part of a turbine at the largest thermoelectric plant of Sofia
was burned by saboteurs. Since that time, the city has had a notable reduction of
electricity and the various quarters receive power only sporadically and in shifts. 25X1
0 technicians are expected in Sofia for repairing the damage to the plant.
