1. on 30 April and on 1 May 1953 an act of sabotage was'carried
out in the city of Yambol. The?.granary in that city,, the third largest granary
in Bulgaria was set afire and blown up. At 200 or 300 p.m. on 1 May 19539
the workers were dismissed. About 3s00 a.me on 1 May 1953, the granary was
set on fire and not longer after that the granary exploded as if in all probability
its walls had been lined with, explosives. At the time,of.the act of sabotage.,
the xe were approximately 50 tons of wheat in the granary.
2. Immediately after the fire broke out yin the Yamboj granary., the director of the
granary together with five other workers (namep unknownI disappeared from the
city; No report was heard of their capture.
