There was a 4/10 overcast, westerly wind of about 8-km/h, a visibility raanL e of 25X1 15 km, and. a, ceiling at about 2,000 meters. MG-15s -took off and landed .n elements of twos at intervals of 25 to 30 seconds. The aircraft were towed to and from- the take--ofd' ooint by trucks During- the air act'ivity, the radar station w&s in operation. Source observed distinctly that the radar set made-horizontal. rotations at an angle of 100 to 130 degrees when the airqtaft were aloft, that the rotations. decreased to about 45 degrees when-.the. aircraft came in sight, and that they became very faint when Cie aircraft touched ground02 2? Six 37-inm Ali guns were observed in the Ai, gun emplacements which were guL.rded by centries.we~aring red-bordered black epaulets. No operating personnel or motor vehicles-were seen near the emplacements. An estimated 16 motor vehicles were 25X1 B parked in the wooden garages, 6 trucks and 3 trucks with mounted searchlights were observed in front of the garages, and 3 trucks, 25X1 B. the latter with driver wearing block-bordered blue epaulets, : tank 25X1 B trucks,,. and 2 vaan-like trucks were observed south o: the garages.7 a long wire antenna and the antenna mast were observed at their previous locations.-Three tank trucks tw:ere parked near the fuel dump.
