1. Between 8 a.m, and, 2 p.m. on 16 September 1953, 20 YiG-15s: 2 single-
,
engine monoplanes with radial engines, 1 biplane: and 1 Po-2 which
appeared to be damagedt were parked at Parndorf (P 48/X 77) ei150X1-HUM
One aingle-engine monoplane with a radial engine and 4 4iG.4-15s prac-
- ticed flvine. The flights of the MiG-15s lacted 20 to in rirlyt-pn
There was a 3/10 overcast at an altitude of about 2:000 meters:
westerly wind of 8 km/h and vizildlity to 20 .km eteen 11;40
a.m. and 2p.m., no air ectivii7 was observed.I
.20 Six 37-mm AA guns were observed in the AA gun emplacement vthich was?
guarded by sentries wearing red-bordered black.epvalos. No operative
personnel or activity was observed in the emplacement. The stone buil-
ding which is surrounded by tprbed wire was guarded, ideven trucks
3 van-like trucks and 6 tank trucks were. prkeq. in the gar,7p7, referred
to as Item No 5. Nine truckst 3 prime mover e, 2 jeeps: 1.sadan-and 4
trucks with mounted searchlights were parked in front of the earages?, 50X1-HUM
Tank truck ?truck and jeep were
identified. Truck weapon carrier and van- 50X1-HUM
like truck all of them with drivers wearing black-bordered
lblue epaulets, were observed at the field.
3. About 10 meters southwest Of the long-wire antenna', referred to as Item
No 11, a new antenna mast, about 4 meters high, was erected.. The pur-
pose of the new mast could not be dete,- ' wever: no antenna mast
with cone-shaped bracing is concerned.
