trains totalling 87 converted boxcars and 284 flatcars were loaded at 50X1-HUM
Bernau, Puch and Zeperniet. The trains left toward Templin,Prenzlau and

7. On 5 October, a troop train of 10 express coaches and 6 bOxcars with about
150 air force officers and dependents was observed at the Stralsund railroad,
station. The train came from Damgarten and proceeded toward Frankfurt/Oder. 9

,billeting equipment was observed at the Frenzlau railroad station.

Brig I JR and the 63rd AAA Div were dispatched from the Magdeburg 50X1-HUM
railroad district. The units had participated in the field exercises of the

Third Shock Army. The 7th Gds Tank Div departed from Letzling Heath during
the same period.

Conment.s. The troop trains dispatched from Angersdorf near Halle
probably carried components of the 21st Gds Kees. Div while the troop trains
from Altenburg were loaded with army artillery units of the Eighth Gds Army.
The troops were hauled to field exercises of the Eighth Gds/Army which
started in the 'rur Jena area on about 11 October 1953,
_Corilment? Components of the 7th Gds -.Tai Div from lisidensleben arrived
in the Dessau - RoSslau Zerbst area while the troop trains unloaded at
Halle carried components of the 21st Gds Mecz Div from Lossa.
