1. At a meeting of the Komissariat Central Comite (KCC) for East Java of the
Partai Komunis Indonesia (PKI) held 27 August 1953, instructions were issued
to form a new Seksi Comite (SC) in the Surabaya Residency. The new SC will
have its headquarters in Modj6kerto, and will concentrate on organizational work
among the farmers.
2. The existing Surabaya SC will be reorganized to include only those OSC's within
the city. It will concentrate on organizational work among laborers.
3. Onder Seksi Comites (OSC) of the Surabaya SC located outside of the Surabaya
city limits will be under the direction of the Modjokerto SC. Cadre members
for the new SC will be selected from these OSC's.
