1. Soviet acceptance officials:
ae In December 1952 and January 1953, transfer documents for certain items of
equipment were drawn up by NTB-3. (Scientific Technical Office No.. 3 of.SXG
Kabel), 0112, Neue Bahnofstrasse 7. The documents were for items of equip-
ment developed---by NTB-3 for Soviet customers according to Soviet specifications.
b. Representatives of the Soviet customer ministry or other organization normally
..come to Berlin from the USSR to act as acceptance officials for the equipment
concerned.
Q. In the following cases, the transfer documents were drawn up and signed by the
NTB-3 representatives, but they were then held up because the acceptance
officials did not appear. As of June 1953,the equipment was in each case still
awaiting acceptance, but it was reported that acceptance officials were finally
on the way.
