Since the dismissal of Winot SukotJo as its general secretary, the administra-
tion of the Wonokromo Onder Sectie Comite (OSC) of the Surabaya Section, Partai
Komunis Indonesia (PKI), has steadily declined and organizational work has
ootze almost to a standstill. Although Minus a member of the Sectie Comite, has
taken over direction of the OSC, little progress has'been made in reorganizing
the unit.
To remedy the situation, the Sectie Comite has appointed Akran to teach officers
of the OSC the proper techniques of administrative and organizational work. A
formal reorganization of the Wonokromo OSC will be delayed until these courses
have been completed.

other party units. Ieadequately trained officers are unable to handle the
work resulting from the recent growth in membership.
