RD PLACE ACQUIRED REFERENCES 25X1X to Carlos Augusto CAJAL, Partido del Pueblo (PDP, People's Party - Communist) lawyer, stated on 27 February 1953'that he was extremely disgusted with the whole matter of the imprisonment of Carlos FranQiseo CHANG Marin, Cleto Manuel SOUZA, and Carlos Guillermo DE BELLO Pedreschi. CAJAL stated that the *1,OO0 fine imposed on each of these persons is illegal and that he would take action on that basis. 2.
