Attached in the Annex is a tabulation of railroad tank cars used for the shipment
of fuels and oil from and to East Germany during the period from 1 through
31 December 1952. All the shipments listed have been inclt:led in previous
trat:sportation reports on rail traffic through East German border stations.
As far as possible, double reporting of shipments has been eliminated. Very
few or no fuel shipments at all have been reported for some days. These
gaps may be due to the fact that sources temporarily stopped operating.
