L.. The Spanish Communists in Latin America have., received orders to give strong
support to the Pro-Peace Movement, particularly the anti-United States share
of it. The headquarters for the campaign in-South America is located in
Uruguay, and Jaime PRAT1 issues orders from Uruguay.to neighboring countries,
including Venezuela.
The Casa de .Espana in Montevideo is one of the:pdnts of operation for Communist
propaganda in Uruguay, and the Casa de Castilla in Buenos Aires is one of the
. centers in Argentina.
