1. On 7-5 Deceber 1952,. a meeting took place of the eight Onder Sectie Committees
(OSC) under the jurisdiction of the Surabaya Beetle Comite (Sc), The OSCrs
represented were:Stdoardjo, Tjerme, ModJokerto, Diombang, Southern Surabaya,,
Northern Sureabaya,,,3Gresik, and Wonokromo. The chairmen of the meeting were
Slamet and !inu who were the representatives from the Surabaya Beetle Comite.
The fgllowing directives from the SC wW a issueds
a. Party discipline must be more strictly enforced.
b. Registration of,all members must be carried out by the end of March 1953,
a. Cadre st rength,.must be increased.
d , The CSC 14 must:, purge all wavering members and those whose loyalty is in doubt.:

e OSC leaders- must endeavor to cultivate friendly relations with local police and
government officials.
