Caption and Description: View of the /T'-Stefan Kiradzhiev'J Sulfate Cel-
lulose Plant. The plant is a part of the Cellulose and Paper Combine
now under construction. The chimney of the plant is 104 meters high.
The plant will produce 12,000 tons of raw cellulose per year. The
