THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION GOODS MANUFACTURED BY USSR METALLURGICAL PIANTS Moscow, Izvestiya, 10 Jan 54 The Moscow Serp i Molot Metallurgical Plant ships its output to about 1,000 industrial organizations. The plant manufactures sheet, tool, cali- brated, and ball bearing steel, cable, bimetallic wire, stainless sheet, and high-quality castings. The steel manufactured by the plant is used in machines, tractors, automobiles, milk cans, precision instruments, bed springs, refrigerators, toys, rails, structural members, statues, and ex- cavator and turbine parts. In 1953, the plant overfulfilled its quota by thousands of tons of steel.
