Last night's lowest temperature in Moscow was 5 degrees above zero; it
was 4 degrees at noon today. (1)
Yesterday during the day, cloudy weather prevailed in the Belorussian
SSR. During the morning, rains began in the western portion of the republic
and spread over most of the Belorussian SSR toward evening. Temperatures at
1500 were 8 degrees above zero in Minsk and Mogilev, 9 in Polotsk, 10 in
Vileyka, 11 in Gomel', and 12 in Brest and Mozyr'. (2)

USSR.
