Determined that, with respect to enterprises and economic organizations directly subordinate to the People's Commissariat of Cellulose and Paper Indus- try USSR cost-accounting rules for main administrations of industrial people's commissariats, as established by the 15 July 1936 decree of the Central Execu- tive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars and recorded in Sobraniye Zakonov aaaa, No 43, 1936, p 361, would be applied directly to the People's Commissariat of Cellulose and Paper Industry USSR. 6. Confirmed the local organs of Glavbumanab shown in Appendix 1. 7. Authorized the People's Commissariat of Cellulose and Paper Industry USSR to organize under Glavkarelbumprom a cost-accounting-basis division of supply, without the right to organize under it local offices and agencies. De- termined that all operations of supplying Glavkarelbumprom's enterprises through the division should be carried out only through the system of Glavbmenab.
