Temperatures at 0900 today were 2 degrees below zero in
Murmansk, zero in Nar'yan-far, 1 degree in Arkhangelsk, 5 in
Riga, Kaliningrad, and Minsk, 6 in Kirov, 7 in Petrozavodsk and
