easterly to southeasterly winds. Minimum temperatures- in northern Bulgaria
0 - 3 degrees, and in southern Bulgaria 5 .. 8 degrees.
7 February
Cloudy in the morning. Minimum temperature in northern Bulgaria minus
4 - minus 6 degrees and up to minus 2 degrees in southern Bulgaria. Cloudy
throughout the day! in western Bulgaria, decreasing cloudiness i.n the after-

Warm air wave to extend aouthwesterly~ eventually covering whole country.
Under its influence most of the country to have cloudy weather, and in various
sections, especially the southwest, light rains. Scattered cloudiness north
of the mountains. Fog in valleys of northern Bulgaria and in Thracian plain
to lift. Temperature will rise.
9 February

tops. Cloudy over Thracian plain. Light to moderate, mostly easterly winds.

During night in western Bulgaria decreased cloudiness, and iu eastern Bulgaria
cloudy, with rainfalls. Minimum temperatures. in Sofia area and along Danube
about zero, elsewhere over 3 degrees. During day cloudy with showers in eastern
Bulgaria. In late afternoon in western Bulgaria and north of mountains, con-
siderable scattering of cloudiness. Light to moderate southwesterly winds.
16 February
Cold air wave beginning in Dobrudzha to extend to most of northeast Bulgaria,
causing cloudiness, slight lowering of temper.eture, and occasional snowfalls.
Elsewhere comparatively warm, with scattered and variable cloudiness. Minimum
temperatures! in Dobrudzha up to minus 4 degrees, in western Bulgaria 0 -
minus 2 degrees, in northern Bulgaria and Black Sea area 1 .. 3 degrees. Max.
