Minimum temperature, between zero and degrees below zero Za11 degrees centigrad7; along the Black Sea, near 2 degrees above zero. Sunny during the day with scattered and variable cloudiness, more pronounced in the afternoon and in northwest Bulgaria. Max- imum temperature, 8-12 degrees. Light southwest winds. 16 November 1950. The cold air mass which moved into northwest Bulgaria yesterday afternoon will cover the entire country by morning, causing a per- ceptible reduction of temperature and general rainfall. Snow will fall in places over 800 meters above sea level. The current of cold air from the north- west wi .l continue during the day. Under its influence, the weather over most of the country will continue cloudy, with local showers, mainly in eastern Bul- garia. Scattering and diminution of cloudiness around noon in western Bulgaria. Strong northwest winds. Maximum temperature along the Black Sea, near 10 de- grees; in the rest of the country, 3-7. 17 November 1950. Predominantly sunny during the day, with variable cloudiness, more pronounced around the mountains* and mainly in the afternoon. Moderate northwest winds.
