13 August 1950. Sunny weather in the morning, with slight cloudiness. Summer
cloudiness will develop in the afternoon, with thin, high cloudiness in western
Bulgaria. Low northeast winds. Maximum temperature, 26-28 degrees.
15 August 1950. During the day, sunny with variable cloudiness, very pro-
nounced in the afternoon, principally in western Bulgaria. Low, predominantly
sash winds. Maximum temperature, 29-3>+ degrees; along the Black?Sea, 25-27?
16 August 1950. Predominantly sunny and warm during the day over most of the
country, with the appearance of thin, high cloudiness from the west. Pronounced
summer cloudiness will develop in western Bulgaria around noon and in the after-
noon. Low to moderate east wiinds, which will later change to west winds in west-
ern Bulgaria. Minimum temperature in bksin areas, 11-15 degrees; in other places,
15-20 degrees. Maximum temperature, 28-33 degrees; along the Black Sea, under 28.
