The trust's enterprises are being mech- anired to expand and improve producesion. An automatic machine for produc- ing four kinds of macaroni products has been installed in the bakery in Stalinskiy Rayon, Khabarovsk. A machine which produces 20,000 fried cakes a day has been put into operation in the Khabarovsk Bread Combine. A machine for making spiced cookies is being inetalled'in one of the Komacanol'sk bakeries, and en additional cake shop is being organized in Birobidzhan. The Nikolayevsk Bread Combine is building a special over for baking rolls and cake products. All of the trust's enterprises are taking measures to improve sanitary conditions. 9 Jun 49 FRUIT-PROCESSING PLANTS BUILT IN KIRGIZ SSR -- Sovetskaya Kirgiziya, No 118, 18 Jun 0 The Ministry of Forestry USSR has decided to build a number of plants in Dzhalal-Abad Oblast for processing apples, plums, pears, berberriee, honeysuckle, have, and cherries. The new plants will handle the preparation of seeds as their basic type of production and the production of fruit juices for market cbneumption.
