level, set for 1950. Mining has increased nearly 35 percent over 194o.

On 21 May the "Moskvougol'" Combine fulfilled the 5-math plan for coal
mining and transporting and for preparatory work. The average daily coal
output increased 12.5 percent over the same reriod of list year, and labor
productivity increased 10.1 percent. During the past 3 months, labor
productivity exce ded the prewar standard..
The first to complete the i-month plan was the "3talinogorakugol5,"
"Shoherbekovugol'," and "0kbyabr'uCull" trusts.

of schedule.

Miners of "Belovugol l" Trust ware the first in the Kuzbass to fulfill
the 5-month plan for coal mining. The preparatory work program has also
been entirely completed. The outstanding mines, "Babsnaknvekaya," and
ineni 1 Maya have already delivered hundreds of tons of fuel on the June
quota.

4 -month plan ahead of schedule aid are delivering a large apiount Of
