The Ministry of Justice USSR has decided to open training courses and semlQ-ars
to educate newly elected members of tae People's Courts who have had no experience
with the courts. On-the-job instruction will be given by members of various justice

The All-Union Institute of Juridical Sciences and tk:i Juridical Publishing
K.ause viii prepare and publish aids for the People's Courts. A special "People's
Judge's Library" viii be published.
