Almost midway between Kyustendil and Stanke Dimitrovo (formerly Dubnitsa) near the road, very close to a small village called Tzarna Niva there are literally thousands of graves, also ditches filled with bodies (mass graves). This location is kept strictly secret by Bulgarian Communist authorities. 2. It is probable that these bodies come from the districts of Dubnitsa, Radomir, and Kyustendil.. They are believed to be the bodies of individuals condemned without trial, by action of the Communist alone, taken out in the country, shot and buried. In such cases, the victim is reported to have ?disappeared.^ This is an old Bulgarian game, not unknown elsewhere in the Balkans. 154.5 20M 135.23 20M DISTRIOUTION ?
