For a?oat a month, beginning about mid-October, there has been a marked movement
cf Sovi.et troops out of Rumania and into Bulgaria. For the most part, they cross
the Dar_u`,~. `_-etweeri Calafat (Rumania) and Vidin, (Bulgaria).
Trocr ?rossin.gs are aided y an improvised ferryboat, made of three barges,
:a 'sea together. The ferry has thirteen railway tracks, on which rolling stock

They are srteriing Bulgaria to maneuver in tests-of new weapons. The nature of
