1. Entrance. Vessels may enter the port at any time. Pilots are not available.
Dress not a limiting factor. There is occasional congestion in the port during

5. Warehouses. There are twc warehouses. The customs warehouse has 30 thousand
cubic Feet capacity. A privately owned warehouse has 120 thousand cubic feet
capacity. There is almost unlimited. pat to space, usable in the dry season.
