(TSR) The wings and fuselage sections of two unidentified test scale models of a high- performance aircraft were observed at Ramenskoye Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute (BF USSR, on imagery of Figure 1). The two test scale models are similar in appearance, and each consists of a fuselage section with new-type variable geometry wings. One of the models had both its wings attached. On the other model, one wing was attached and the other was leaning against the fuselage. The fuselage of the model with its wings attached was E meters long and in diameter (inset, Figure 1). The port wing, which was more fulls swept than the starboard wing, was from the centerline of the fuselage to the wing tip: the starboard wing was 2. (TSR) These previously unidentified test models were apparently in o en storage n the southeast corner of the institute as early as On imagery of the fuselages were observed without wings and were stored side by side. On imagery of the fuselages were no longer present. The wings have not been observed since 3. (TSR) Ramenskoye Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute is the principal Soviet installa- tion for design-oriented applied research in aerodynamics and is responsible for structural and aerodynamic testing of aircraft. The two test scale models were probably undergoing tests ~n the institute's high- and low-speed wind tunnels.
