*Hong Kong: Despite a savage terrorist attack on
an anti-Communist radio commentator this morning,
there has been no significant increase in violence in-
side the colony. The local Communist apparatus has
probably been encouraged by the sacking of the Brit-
ish Embassy in Peking, and increased antigovernment
activity can be expected, The British are neverthe-
less pushing ahead with trials of pro- Communist news-
men arrested earlier this month,
