1. It is recommended that the attached report, Supplementary
Analysis of Draft Law on Pensions in the USSR, be issued as a supple-
ment to CIA /RR IM-431, An Analysis of the May 1956 Draft Law on
Pensions. This supplement will be given the same dissemination as
IM-431.
