Communist Aid to North Korea and North Vietnam,
1954-58, Secret, (Project 42.997)
1. It is recommended that subject report be issued as an Intel-
ligence Memorandum and that it be given standard ORR finished Intelli-
gence dissemination.
2. The action division for this project is Services Division, Trade
Branch. The Chief, Economic Research, has read and approved this
draft.
3. Attached are (1) a final typed copy of IM-423 to be used for
reproduction, and (2) standard dissemination lists for ORR finished in-
telligence reports.
