The plant is secured by a wooden fence and is road and rail served. When
25X1D observed 1101 the plant appeared active with at least two boilers operating.
Steam could be o served emanating from two of the cooling towers. Two switching
yards are associated with the plant. The switching yard located adjacent to the
control building consists of one transformer, while the other located just northwest
of the plant consists of four transformers. No changes were apparent in the power
25X1D plant since The plant appeared active on all available coverage.
