The plant is located approximately 10 nautical miles (nm) east of Fu-shun
and 2.2 nm north of the Fu-shun Dam and Hydro Power Plant Ta-huo-fang
The plant is secured within a walled area approximately 2,000 by 1,300 feet.
It is coal operated and served by both road and rail. The boilerhouse is equipped
with 13 boiler units and an accompanying dust catching system connected to three
masonry stacks. Cooling water is obtained from a nearby river through two canals.
Smoke was emanating from the stacks on a I I referenced missions. No apparent
changes have occurred since the date of information in the
referenced report.
