SUBJECT: USIB Clearance of SG 161/20
1. The draft text for SG 161/20 prepared by the Ad Hoc
Intelligence Working Group which met in the Pentr-Dn, 21 March -
1 April, under auspices is bcin, distributed
to USIB members on 7 April as IC /4+69 (SG).
3. USIB members are requested to signify to the USIB
Secretariat by 1200, Friday, 15 April,
their acceptance of the present draft text for SG 161/20 and the
attached draft memorandum from the Chairman, USIB, to the
Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff.
