The folloiaing is repo riended as a r ?ocedure to apply generally: a. That DD/P designate the central point within his area which Is to sezve as contact for O/11E. ta. That the existing distribution of drafts be continued. (Board approved drafts and drafts which have been coordinated with the IAC representatives and are. ready for lAC consideration.) c. That, in addition, C/TIC distribute to DD/P, staff drafts which are pretnred for Board consideration. (Concu rently, 1D/P will be notified of Board sheetings scheduled on such pre13riinasy drafts. ) _4.
