Subject: Indochinese Refugee Paper
I want to express the appreciation of the Interagency
Task Force on Indochinese Refugees for the NIO paper
of September 1 on Indochinese refugees outflow.
The paper formed the basis of the task force estimate
of the number of refugees who will be eligible for
acceptance by the United States over the next three
and one-half years. As such, the paper was crucial
to the task force study.

you, should you be interested, through Tom Miller
of INR.
