1. The 38 documents requested by Mr. Ted Ralston,
SSCI staffer, are all E- I 25X1
and access to them_ is highly restricted - on y
releasable to those individuals on the Bigot list. Not
all of the reports even went to all NFIB principals.
In addition, they are extremely. detailed and voluminous,
requiring considerable area and military substantive
expertise to comprehend. or analyze properly.
2. Therefore, before any DDO decision can be made
on the release of these documents, SE Division would
appreciate answers to the following:
a. For what purpose are they requested?
b. What use is to be made of the documents?
c. Will a written report result? If so, in
what form? With what classification?
For what audience/consumers?
