In as much as A.T.& T. provides WAT line service,
and in as. much as the plaintiff has reason to believe that
the presence of an electronic circuit connected to various
WAT lines is the source of at least part of her mental diffi-
culty, it would appear that A.T. & T. is a necessary party
to the just adjudication of the action.
'Therefor premise considered,- the plaintiff plays
that A.T.& T. be enjoined as an indispensable party.
