Slx specific si es DIA PRESENTATION As a related matter DIA presented a briefing which analyzed the KH-4 coverage of the Z5 ICBM launch complexes during the period August 1967 - July 1968. The objective of the presentation was to demonstrate the relation- ship between the frequency of collection against ICBM complexes and the discovery of new ICBM starts. The conclusion was that selective collection of ICBM sites based on current and estimative intelligence should be directed, rather than equal effort against the most active sites and those with little or 't were Approved For Release 2003/05TA-: CIA-RDP794 25X1A 25X1A 25X1A T-O-P S-E-C-R-E-T T- - SE- -C-R-E-T Approved For ReI ase 2003/05/28: CIA- DP79B01709A003300060004-7 25X1A 25X1A ICRS-M-7 recommended for exclusion from 1104 collection, which will be considered when mission priorities are established at a later date.
