MEMORANDUM FOR: COMOR Photo Working Group
SUBJECT: Revisions to Target File for
Reconnaissance of Cuba
1. Attached are revisions to the target file for use by
Operations and NPIC in the program of U-2 reconnaissance in
Cuba. The revisions reflect actions taken by the Photo Working
Group on 6 September 1966.
2. Summary of target status as of 5 and 6 September 1966:

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Attachment II contains a list of targets added and
inactivated, by the Photo Working Group on 6 September
1966.
2. Attachment III contains target descriptions and
requirements of all active targets, arranged in COMOR
number order. The active target file distributed on
4 August 1966, under PWG-D-27/31 is now out of date
and should be destroyed. The inactive target file,
distributed as Attachment V to PWG-D-27/28 on 6 May
1966, should be retained.
3. Attachment IV contains lists of all targets in
Cuba arranged by COMDR number, by coordinates, by
WAC -BE number, alphabetically by country, and by
activity status, country and COMOR order. The target
lists, distributed on 4 August 1966, under PWG-D-27/31
are now out of date and should be destroyed.
