1, In restricted session at the United States Intelligence
Board (USIB) meeting on 13 January 1966, Chairman Raborn informed
the Members of his decision to authorize 50 additional T-KH billets for
The DCI noted that the Board had concurred in the arrangements
for release of T-KH materia s recorded in the reference,
and said that he trusted the subject action taken in accordance with these
arrangements would be satisfactory to the Members. The Chairman
commented that he had considered this action carefully and had concluded
that there were very good reasons for approving the request
for additional T-KH billets.
2. The Board then noted the subject decision by the DCI.
