1. Attached is the coverage information which you requested,
.phis a copy of the latest NIIRS manual. I apologize for the delay.
2. On the listing, the WTM ce:11s are those USATM Series 5.0
12 x 18 nm cells (i.e. , .full WTM number is WAC number, -then USATC
Series z00 number, followed by USATM Series 50 number} within specified
radii that were acquired on 90-100 percent clear, interpretable imagery..
I presume you know system by mission number series . "Other" indicates
TAC Recce .
3. As I mentioned to you on the telephone, please do not
associate the GRD numbers used in NIIR;S calibration with PT ratings.
(i.~, a PI rating of 7 does not necessarily equate to GR.D
for every image due to influence of other variables suc as specific
target reflectance) . We .are now in the process of determining this
nominal GRD "output" calibration . I will inform you of the- results ,
when available, i.:E you so .desire.
