guidance on factors affecting se edules and options as
identified by the NRO. This memo is quite specialized
in its focus, as you will see.
I would like your guidance on the next step. I propose meeting
with you early next week to review the scheduling
factors and related aspects of the photo program. The objective would
be to determine whether there are any factors or considerations concerning
the schedule on which you three might have different views.
