1. Attached for your official record is the USIB mem-
orandum designating as the new Chairman of COMIREX.
The first meeting to be chaired by will be held on Thursday,
26 June. The agenda for this meeting is forwarded herewith as the
second attachment.
2. It is hoped that the.business to be discussed may be
concluded in sufficient time to permit us to arrive at Fort Myer by
noon for the lunch to be given in honor of the retiring Chairman.
