NARRATIVE REPORT 0 INTERIM OFINAL
1. Work under this contract has been completed successfully.
A _final report detailing the results of the contract has been delivered.
2. Since this effort consisted primarily of the preparation
phase of a larger research study, no real end products were expected.
Study preparation activities included the coordination of target imagery
acquisition and photographic manipulation operations, the formulation of an
experimental design, the direction of PI key compilation, and supervision of
the preparation of other collateral materials required for the final.study.
The study will now be conducted under a follow-on FY-70 contract.
- 3. The contractor is given an overall performance rating of
VERY GOOD on this project. . He demonstrated continuing competence
and objectivity during the course of this effort. He worked
effectively with two associate contractors, Eastman-Kodak and
and also related well to NPIC operational
personnel involved in study parameter selection. The laxness ex-
hibited by the contractor on his previous contract, wherein he
failed to fulfill routine reporting obligations, was entirely
eliminated under this contract.
