1. it is requested that copies of the enclosed Development Objectives
for a, Graphics Display System (Attachment 1) be sent to the organizations
listed on the enclosed sheet (Attachment 2). The organizations which are
interested should be instructed to submit proposals prior to 1 March 1970
in response to the requirements set forth in the objectives.,

3. The nature and title of the work to be proposed on is unclassified.
4. Technical Services and Support Group plans to commit I'Y-1970 funds
for this project..
5. I your communications with prospective contractors, It is re-
quested that the project number be used as listed above and be included
as a part of the title. In addition, they should be informed that the
successful contractor will be expected to conform to DB-X1401 (Attachment
3), DB-1002 (Attachment 4), and proposal format (Attachment 5).
