PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:

The period of performance under this task order shall be 30 August 1966 to
30 August 1967.
DELIVERABLE ITEMS:
1. Monthly informal letter-type Management, Cost, Progress and Status Reports
including program cumulative expenditure and commitment report to be submitted by
the fifteenth of the month following the month being reported.
Five (5) copies
2. Final Report, to be submitted within thirty (30) days after completion
of work under this task order.
DELIVER'
1. Two (2) copies of all reports required under this task order shall be
forwarded directly to the Contracting Officer.
2. Three (3) copies of 'all reports required under this-task order shall be
forwarded to the Technical Representative of the Contracting Officer at the

for funding purposes. The final fee shall be calculated on the target cost as set
forth above and shall be based upon a determination, to be made by the Contracting

The work to be performed under this task order and the reports to be. delivered
hereunder are classified SECRET. All classified work shall be performed. only by
persons holding appropriate security clearances from the sponsor. Classified work
may be done only in Restricted Areas or Secure Areas which have been inspected by
the Security Representative of the Contracting ;Officer.
The association of the sponsor with the work being produced under this task
order is classified SECRET. This classified information: and any other classified
information which may be specified above, will be divulged only on a need-to-know
basis and then only to those who have been authorized in writing by the sponsor
to have access to classified information. Correspondence originated by you which
contains the name and address of the Contracting Officer shall be stamped with the
classification of SECRET, unless such correspondence contains data of a higher
