It will be necessary to brief senior Agency officials in detail on
the proposed program. In order to dry run
the presentation, as well as to acquaint Board members on current details
r,f the proposed program, made the initial presentation to the
F~-.tuipment Board.

are now fairly sure of the various parameters of the system, It if, planned
to give a briefing at a later date to DD/P including Fl, the Ofrie of
?cience and Technology and the R&D Panel. At the DD/P briefing, the
Aesentation will center on the need and operational profitability of a

For Sr, 8G'we will be prepare=i to cover all phases of the project in detail
with emphasis on its technical aspects. For the R&D Panel, the operational
aspects will again be emphasized but we will also be ready to go into
detail on any aspects of tha program. 'fhere followed a brief discussion
on whether SR., FE and Pl groups should be briefed individually, ana it was
agreed that an attempt would. be made to get them together for a single
