SUBJECT s Proposed Revision of 1958 Budget
1. In accordance with the Board's directive, a proposed
revision of the 1958 Budget is attached hereto. The items shown are
those which appeared in the original budget. Those items for which
funds have already been expended, have not been included in this
listing, but are lumped in a total figure entitled "Expended to Date.
2. In the event that the Board Members feel that the existinc,
funds should be expended on other than the projects listed in the
attachment, it is requested that they be prepared to discuss in &
tail, any items which they believe should be substituted for thor,
shown in the proposed revision. In order that these funds may t-
commi.tted by 30 June 1958, it is necessary that a final determi
tion on the budget be made at the 5 February meeting.
