Russian Collation Project (approx 5 manyears currently effective)
which greatly facilitates this support activity.
Note 2. An additional 0.25 manyears are currently
ex ended in su: support of special clandestine collection programs
related to guided missiles intelligence.
In 1959-1960, the load was 2.8 manyears. There is good reason
to believe that a substantial revival of support requirements
will develop by spring, 1962 in response to a recent increase
in target identification.
b. Nuclear energy intelligence 0.5 manyears.
Note Subject to very great increase in the event of
a nuclear test ban treaty; also subject to further AE developments
in China.
